Owendale鉑鈧項目
本公司將在三月初在澳洲新南威爾士州中部的Owendale鉑和鈧項目上實施一項金剛石鑽探計劃，以獲取高質量的冶金測試工作樣品。這項計劃將由兩個PQ尺寸(直徑8厘米)的金剛石鑽孔組成，總進尺100米。屆時將採集兩個紅土帶樣品，一個是高品位鉑礦化樣品，另一個是高品位鈧礦化樣品，兩個樣品都將取自已界定的Owendale指示和推測類別的鉑和鈧資源量區域內(下文圖1鏈接)。
布里斯班的公司Golder Associates已在2013年1月完成了對Owendale項目的礦產資源量的新評估。這次的礦產資源評估量分別評估了鉑(邊界品位每噸0.3克)和鈧(邊界品位每噸300ppm)，鉑金屬的原位蘊藏總量為52萬盎司，鈧金屬的原位蘊藏總量為9,100噸(下文鏈接中的表1)。按照這兩項邊界品位估算的合計資源量詳情列在本公司2013年10月3日的澳洲證交所消息披露中的技術描述中。
鑽探獲取的完整的金剛石鑽芯樣品將直接送去實驗室，用最新的重力、磁力和浮選技術做冶金測試。本公司樂觀地認為，謹慎使用這些技術可能會極好地提高鉑和鈧的品位，使兩者都成為高價值精礦。
如果測試工作結果良好，本公司將考慮立刻審核將Owendale鉑資源中較高品位的部分開發為生產可銷數量的鉑和鈧的經濟性。
預計五月份可完成這一非常重要的冶金測試工作，屆時我們將公佈更多信息。
格陵蘭島東部的Skaergaard 金礦和鉑族金屬項目
對於位於格陵蘭島東海岸的Skaergaard項目，本公司還在繼續評估進一步開發金礦和鈀金指示資源量和推測資源量的最佳方式。 2013年Wardell Armstrong 新估算的Skaergaard項目的資源量為2.02億噸，金品位每噸0.88克，含580萬盎司黃金，鈀金品位為每噸1.33克，含870萬盎司鈀金。這份資源估算量表(見表2)根據JORC準則(2012年版)的方針撰寫，它辨識出Skaergaardas是格陵蘭島最大的金礦和鈀金資源區。此外，除了黃金和鈀金， 鈦、釩、磁鐵礦的重要特徵也跟Skaergaardas礦化的母岩有關聯。
Skaergaard仍然是本公司的主要任務，我們正在進行的審核工作將力圖確定一個使本公司在集中力量快速推進旗艦項目Owendale的同時可以進一步開發此項目的最佳途徑。
西澳Rason項目
如上季度報告中所公佈，本公司很高興收到西澳政府的合作出資，進行擬在今年下半年在西澳Rason項目實施的反循環鑽探工作。
此項目位於Kalgoorlie東北約400公里處，環境類似於Tropicana金礦——Tropicana 已界定出790萬盎司資源量。本公司興奮期待能實施這一極具吸引力的勘探前景區上的首次鑽探。
籌資
本公司在2月10日宣布向合格股東配發不可撤銷的購股權。按照此次配發條款，每股所持股票配發一股可購買一股付清全款的股票的期權，發行價為每股0.01澳元，2015年9月30日之前可以行權。
如果成功配發全部購股權，可籌集到約132萬澳元，這筆資金將主要用於完成上述冶金測試，同時還將用於Rason項目的鑽探以及一般性運營經費。本公司的董事、管理層以及最大的兩名股東都已通知他們將全額認購其購股權。
