Owendale铂钪项目
本公司将在三月初在澳洲新南威尔士州中部的Owendale铂和钪项目上实施一项金刚石钻探计划，以获取高质量的冶金测试工作样品。这项计划将由两个PQ尺寸(直径8厘米)的金刚石钻孔组成，总进尺100米。届时将采集两个红土带样品，一个是高品位铂矿化样品，另一个是高品位钪矿化样品，两个样品都将取自已界定的Owendale指示和推测类别的铂和钪资源量区域内(下文图1链接)。
布里斯班的公司 Golder Associates已在2013年1月完成了对Owendale项目的矿产资源量的新评估。这次的矿产资源评估量分别评估了铂(边界品位每吨0.3克)和钪(边界品位每吨300ppm)，铂金属的原位蕴藏总量为52万盎司，钪金属的原位蕴藏总量为9,100吨(下文链接中的表1)。按照这两项边界品位估算的合计资源量详情列在本公司2013年10月3日的澳洲证交所消息披露中的技术描述中。
钻探获取的完整的金刚石钻芯样品将直接送去实验室，用最新的重力、磁力和浮选技术做冶金测试。本公司乐观地认为，谨慎使用这些技术可能会极好地提高铂和钪的品位，使两者都成为高价值精矿。
如果测试工作结果良好，本公司将考虑立刻审核将Owendale铂资源中较高品位的部分开发为生产可销数量的铂和钪的经济性。
预计五月份可完成这一非常重要的冶金测试工作，届时我们将公布更多信息。
格陵兰岛东部的Skaergaard 金矿和铂族金属项目
对于位于格陵兰岛东海岸的Skaergaard项目，本公司还在继续评估进一步开发金矿和钯金指示资源量和推测资源量的最佳方式。2013年Wardell Armstrong 新估算的Skaergaard项目的资源量为2.02亿吨，金品位每吨0.88克，含580万盎司黄金，钯金品位为每吨1.33克，含870万盎司钯金。这份资源估算量表(见表2)根据JORC准则(2012年版)的方针撰写，它辨识出Skaergaardas是格陵兰岛最大的金矿和钯金资源区。此外，除了黄金和钯金， 钛、钒、磁铁矿的重要特征也跟Skaergaardas矿化的母岩有关联。
Skaergaard仍然是本公司的主要任务，我们正在进行的审核工作将力图确定一个使本公司在集中力量快速推进旗舰项目Owendale的同时可以进一步开发此项目的最佳途径。
西澳Rason项目
如上季度报告中所公布，本公司很高兴收到西澳政府的合作出资，进行拟在今年下半年在西澳Rason项目实施的反循环钻探工作。
此项目位于Kalgoorlie东北约400公里处，环境类似于Tropicana金矿——Tropicana 已界定出790万盎司资源量。本公司兴奋期待能实施这一极具吸引力的勘探前景区上的首次钻探。
筹资
本公司在2月10日宣布向合格股东配发不可撤销的购股权。按照此次配发条款，每股所持股票配发一股可购买一股付清全款的股票的期权，发行价为每股0.01澳元，2015年9月30日之前可以行权。
如果成功配发全部购股权，可筹集到约132万澳元，这笔资金将主要用于完成上述冶金测试，同时还将用于Rason项目的钻探以及一般性运营经费。本公司的董事、管理层以及最大的两名股东都已通知他们将全额认购其购股权。
