Final Heat Recovery Unit Installed at Carnarvon
Sydney, April 20, 2012 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Perth-based clean power company Enerji Limited (ASX:ERJ) has successfully installed the third and final heat recovery unit (HRU) at the Carnarvon project in Western Australia.
The photograph below shows all three HRUs now installed at the power station.
The earth grid has also been completed and is awaiting final testing tomorrow. This milestone allows for the remaining piping and cooling tower construction tasks to commence. The project is on track to start generating power in May.
The Carnarvon Power Station is in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. Following installation of the WHPS by Enerji, revenue will be generated through selling the electricity created by the Opcon Powerbox. The Powerbox has the capacity to increase the power station's energy output without burning additional fuel or creating emissions.
Further construction updates, highlights and milestones will be announced in due course. For more photographs documenting the installation of Enerji's first waste heat to power system go to:

The Company also advises that a further two 3rd generation Opcon Powerboxes are almost ready for shipping from Sweden in anticipation of the acceptance of at least one the several proposals in front of potential customers.
