Sydney, Mar 31, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Murchison Metals Limited (ASX:MMX) (PINK:MUMTF) said that Oakajee Port & Rail ("OPR") has completed and delivered to the Western Australian Government a draft Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) for the mid-west Oakajee port and rail infrastructure project (the Oakajee Project). As a result of the planned initial capacity increasing by almost 30%, OPR has revised the capital cost estimate for the full port and rail project to A$4.37 billion, including a contingency of A$403 million.
Burleson Energy Limited (ASX:BUR) said that the Wilcox drilling campaign is due to commence with the spudding of the Heintschel 1 well. The drilling rig is expected to arrive on the Heintschel 1 site in early April 2010.
Texon Petroleum Limited (ASX:TXN) advises that its first Mosman-Rockingham well has encountered 200ft of oil and gas shows in the Eagle Ford reservoir and in the underlying Buda Limestone at a depth of 3,404 metres. This is in addition to the oil and gas shows from the Olmos reservoir referenced in the Company's release dated 26 March 2010.
Adelaide Energy Limited (ASX:ADE) (PINK:ADEZF) said its 100% owned Hollick-1 well has intersected a significant gas show of 2000 units against a background of 22 units at 2672metres Measured Depth (MD) in the Jacaranda Ridge Sandstone primary objective.
