Christopher Koch appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Sydney, Mar 12, 2015 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Freelancer Limited (Freelancer or the Company) (ASX:FLN) today announced that it has appointed Christopher Koch as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, to join Freelancer's finance team with a focus on M&A, strategy and investor engagement.
Mr Koch will join Freelancer from UBS Investment Bank where he is a Director focused on the internet and technology sectors. He has more than $35 billion of transactional experience in M&A and capital markets, including listing businesses on the Australian Securities Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, and significant cross-border M&A across Asia, Europe and the United States.
Mr Koch has a Master of Finance from INSEAD, and studied economics and law at The University of Adelaide. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He will join Freelancer in late April 2015.
