Results of Institutional Entitlement Offer
Sydney, Feb 3, 2015 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Donaco International Limited (
ASX:DNA) ("the Company") announces the successful completion of the institutional entitlement offer on 30 January 2015. A total of $57.9 million was raised, representing approximately 96.4 million new shares in the Company. The remaining 57.6 million shares under the institutional offer will be allocated to the underwriter.
The retail entitlement offer opens on Monday 9 February 2015, on the terms set out in the Offer Booklet released to the market today.
Shares in the Company will resume trading today, Tuesday 3 February 2015.
