iSentric Spin-off - Completion of Distribution

ASX:DNA) (Donaco) announces that the in-specie distribution of shares in OMI Holdings Limited (OMI) has now been completed. OMI's share registry, Link Market Services Limited, is currently in the process of dispatching holding statements to Donaco shareholders.
The total number of OMI shares distributed was 60 million. The precise distribution ratio was 0.130165521078729 OMI shares for each Donaco share.
Donaco shareholders holding fewer than 19,206 shares at the record date of 12 September 2014 are ineligible to receive OMI shares. Ineligible shareholders, and those shareholders who elected to submit a sale facility form, will have their iSentric shares sold via a sale facility, and the proceeds (less costs) remitted in cash.
OMI will be renamed iSentric Limited (iSentric) prior to its re-admission to quotation on the ASX. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions imposed by the ASX, iSentric is expected to commence trading on Monday, 22 September 2014. The ASX code will be ICU.
