Appoints Jay Dubinsky as CEO and New Members to the Advisory Board
New York, Aug 29, 2013 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Oil Zone Bio Fuels Plc announces the reorganization of their Main Board and Advisory Boards in preparation for their upcoming listing on an European Exchange.
Following a Board meeting held on August 14, 2013 it was unanimously decided that Jay Dubinsky, who currently sits on the Board of Directors be appointed as CEO of the company.
Mr Dubinsky said "I am very pleased to take on the task of being CEO of Oil Zone and believe that the exciting developments which have taken place in the past few months in conjunction with our joint venture partners which include the expansion into Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. In addition to appointing Jay Dubinsky as the new CEO of Oil Zone Bio Fuels Plc, The Board has appointed the following people to its Advisory Board;
Dr. Andrejs Žagars of Latvia
Dr Andrejs is patent-holder on innovative ozone systems for recycling tires into activated rubber and fifteen years' experience developing chemical formulas in composites manufacturing, starting with composite plastics rubber in Thailand. He is a specialist in setting-up composite biomass manufacturing for over 100 types of biomass/wood/ Plastic/rubber composites for every type of use and performance- from engine gaskets to acoustic sound walls. As President of the Latvian Tire Recycling Association for the EU and professor of Chemistry, specializing in Organic and bioorganic chemistry, synthetic and analytic practice; Including, running a composite plastics manufacturing line in Lithuania making composite rail road ties, solar panels, solar panel packaging and brand new interlocking 50 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm honeycomb blocks for the Latvian Rail Road 1 km acoustic sound wall, developing and incorporating next generation of materials for railways and highways, with both industrial design and material science in
corporating new materials with Helmholtz resonators built into an innovative hollow block and panel tri-layer composite sound wall, designed by himself and Aina Julian, Architect.
Also, Dr Andrejs is in a joint venture with the top inverter company of China, and is currently building a new generation of modular 500 kW vanadium battery packs to store and transport large amounts of power in moveable systems that can easily plug-in and run buses and trains, and plug into the grid at convenient points to collect power from large wind farms and solar plants during off-peak hours,
Donald R. Keer, P.E., Esq. of the USA
Donald has worked with construction companies, equipment manufacturers and service companies for over 30 years in the oil, gas, water treatment, refining and renewable fuels industries. His unique combination of chemical engineering, MBA in finance and JD in construction and contract law make him a unique talent with hands-on experience. He is both a licensed Professional Engineer and Attorney.
Donald is a recognized leader in the water treatment arena with numerous published articles addressing such current issues as frack water treatment, water reuse, rain water collection systems, ultrapure water for medical and pharmaceutical production and drinking water infrastructure. He has also consulted and served as an expert witness for numerous public and private construction project disputes. He also holds a patent for the use of biosurfactants and membranes to remove heavy metals from wastewater. Donald served as CEO/President of M2 Innovative Solutions, a privately held company that formed a cornerstone of GE Water's East Coast operations. Most recently he has served as a business consultant while running Critical Mechanical Systems, LLC a specialty design, equipment assembly and service company located in North Wales, PA.
Donald's experience in practical construction of new technologies and water/waste water treatment makes him a valuable member of the team.
Mr Bent Hundrup of Germany
Bent is behind several unique inventions, co-inventions and product developments - all in the area of environmental friendly technology. Over the past 30 years Bent has founded and co-founded several successful international companies. Those companies primarily focus on advanced highly efficient and profitable waste, recycling and sustainable energy technology concepts.
Bent operates primarily through the GreenTech Group and Waste2Green as CEO and a majority shareholder.
