The company, based in London, operated a 3.8 million liters/year, biodiesel plant 20KM north of the city of Constanta; Romania. The plant was designed and built by the founder and former CEO in 2010. The plant was closed in late 2012 to allow time to reorganize the company and seek out expansion capital. With the planned expansion of the oil collection fleet and implementing newly developed production methods, the company should be able to achieve its targeted production levels. The company currently holds over 400 individual contracts throughout Romania for WVO (waste vegetable oils) from restaurants and cantinas, along with the WVO and mineral oil contracts from the Army, Navy and Air Force.
