MILLHOUSE, INC. PLC WEBINAR 2012
What is Millhouse, Inc. PLC?
Millhouse, Inc. PLC aims to become a significant competitor in financial services and asset management by acquiring numerous companies and funds in various countries and then developing them with a strong experienced management team.
What is the game plan?
There are incredible acquisition opportunities - once in a generation - in private equity, private debt, funds management, private banking and wealth management. This opportunity mirrors those of previous generations in information technology, modern medicine and pharmaceuticals, aerospace and other major industries. This is the time when the foundation stones of the next fortunes are made.
How far advanced is the acquisition program?
The company has been researching potential acquisitions in various countries for two years. Some of these are ready to proceed to contract now, in 2012. The deals we want to close quickly add around USD 20 million per annum in EBITDA to the company. There is a large pipeline of other deals we are working on for 2013 which would significantly increase revenue and EBITDA.
How are you funding the acquisitions?
I will coordinate the Chairmann and other directors in raising capital for the acquisitions program. We are negotiating large long term credit lines with a number of financial institutions and equity placements with brokers in various countries for the listed company.
Millhouse Inc PLC is designed to operate in global capital markets. Our Chairmans' previous experiences around the world with Ford Credit, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank & DBS in Singapore provide a very solid background. We want the company to raise USD 500 million in long term credit and USD 100 million in new equity. This will be enough to implement our acquisitions program.
What sort of investors are you looking for?
We are in the process of identifying a small number of cornerstone investors globally who believe in the strategy and our ability to implement. The company has worldwide reach into the capital markets.
How do you define success?
It is very simple. Profits and, an increasing share price. The board and senior management are very experienced and all of them are well connected, with solid track records in various countries, and understand the diversity of the assets of interest to the company.
Why are you listed in Frankfurt?
It is the third most liquid equity market in the world, and the financial epicentre of Europe. The exchange is well regulated for investors and has substantial links into New York and other major equity markets. Frankfurt is a Hub of Capital of global significance.
We are also listing the company shares in London on the GXG Capital Market. This should happen shortly. The application papers are completed. London remains one of the worlds' most liquid capital markets.
This dual listing strategy should provide a solid basis for the equity raisings.
In 2013, the company will migrate its listing to the Regulated Markets on GXG and FSE.
Your Chairman has a worldwide profile and a hugely successful career. Why did he agree to become Chairman?
Philippe Paillart has known me for many years. He considers me a very well respected entrepreneur in several countries, and regards me as immensely astute and knowledgeable with an uncanny ability to spot strategic opportunities. This is one of them.
We also work well together and it is essential that the directors have trust and cohesion over long periods of time as we build the company.
The company has been able to attract people of considerable repute from around the world, many of whom have been known to me or the other directors for many years.
