Gold Anomaly Sao Chico Project - Sale to Kenai Resources Limited (CVE:KAI)
Sydney, April 27, 2012 AEST (ABN Newswire) - On 19 December 2011 Gold Anomaly Limited (
ASX:GOA) announced that it had entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") with TSX-V-listed Kenai Resources Limited (CVE:KAI) pursuant to which Kenai is to acquire 100% of GOA's wholly-owned Brazilian subsidiary, Gold Aura do Brasil Mineração Ltda ("GOAB"), which holds 100% of the Sao Chico gold project mineral rights within the Tapajos Mineral Field in central-northern Brazil. The finalisation of the agreement was subject to Kenai receiving regulatory and related approvals.
GOA is pleased to announce that Kenai has now received the required approval and that the sale of GOAB to Kenai can now be completed. Please refer to a copy of the attached press release by Kenai to the TSX for further details.
