Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) Obtained Final Court Approval for Sale of Circumpacific Energy Corporation (CVE:CER)

Sydney, Nov 17, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued a final order approving the previously announced Plan of Arrangement pursuant to which Western Petroleum Commodities Inc., will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Circumpacific for cash consideration of A$0.18 per share. The Company currently anticipates that the Arrangement will be completed on or about 19 November 2010.
