China West International Holdings Limited (ASX:CWH) Joint Venture Agreement With R.F.G.T. Pty Ltd For Unique Geological Survey Technology

Sydney, Oct 22, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - China West International Holdings Limited (ASX:CWH) is pleased to announce that it has signed a joint venture agreement with R.F.G.T.Pty Ltd (R.F.G.T.) to use and market its unique geological survey technology.

R.F.G.T together with Hane Group (Sweden) prides itself on providing innovative solutions that vastly improve resource exploration efficiencies through its unique technology and highly skilled and dynamic staff.

As part of this new joint venture, CWH has formed a wholly owned subsidiary company called CWH Global Exploration Pty Ltd. This new company will carry out its business objective of providing geological survey, mine management, mining activities and waste management services to CWH tenements and tenements owned by third parties.

This joint venture agreement represents a milestone step for CWH to have access to unique survey technology. This technology will enable CWH to shorten its time taken in exploration stage of its mining activities. With the accuracy of R.F.G.T. technology, CWH will be able to carry out its mining activities in an efficient, cost saving and timely manner.
