Rybicki and family shareholders' group, have sold a total aggregate amount of 27,000 shares which constituted the total of their holdings. After this transaction, the shareholders' group made by Andrew N. Rybicki and family is currently composed of the following individuals: Andrew N. Rybicki, Maria Rybicki, Katherine Rybicki-Justo and Sofia Justo who collectively hold 2,091,989 shares of Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings S.A., or 33.79% of the outstanding shares.
