Ljungbergs Verktyg conducts reseller operations of tools and industrial consumables to the industrial sector in Vetlanda and the surrounding area. The company is well-known for its specialist profile in the area of cutting tools. Ljungbergs Verktyg has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 10 and three employees.

Closing is expected to occur at the beginning of November 2008. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
