B&B TOOLS AB (STO:BERGB) B&B TOOLS, through its subsidiary TOOLS Momentum AB, has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Rörick i Köping AB, including the subsidiaries Rörick Elektriska Verkstad AB, Sjödins Elmekaniska i Västerås AB and Elmotor i Eskilstuna AB ("the Rörick Group"). The Rörick Group is one of the leading providers of electromechanics services for the industrial sector in central Sweden. The Rörick Group has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 50 and 35 employees.

Since its formation in 1947, the Rörick Group has specialised in service, repairs and sales of electric motors, generators and transformers, etc. for the industrial sector. The Rörick Group currently has service workshops and sales offices in Köping, Västerås and Eskilstuna.

Closing occurred on 22 August 2008 concurrent with the signing of a share transfer agreement. The acquisition is expected to have marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
