Bisnode (STO:BISON) Bisnode is making organisational changes aimed at boosting Bisnode's Danish business' profitability and future growth. Responsibility for Bisnode Denmark will be taken over by Hans Benn, who is also Managing Director of Kompass Denmark. The business information market in Denmark is highly competitive.
Bisnode offers digital business information services for market, credit and product information in Denmark. In the fiercely competitive Danish information market, Bisnode has now launched a streamlining initiative. Operations in Stockmann group were sold at the beginning of the summer and further analysis of activities in Denmark is planned. Bisnode Denmark's current manager Henning Larsen will be succeeded by Hans Benn, who has held senior positions in the Bisnode Group for many years and will also continue in his role as Managing Director of the subsidiary Kompass Denmark.
"Denmark is an important component of Bisnode's total offering of digital business information services in Europe. However, the cost level in our existing operations is too high and we are taking steps to optimise the business and increase profitability. In the autumn we will make a number of changes to strengthen our focus on profitability in the Danish market", says Håkan Ramsin, Acting President of Bisnode.
Bisnode is one of Europe's leading suppliers of digital business and decision support information, with a complete range of online services for market, credit and product information. The Group is active in 19 European countries and is owned 70 per cent by Ratos AB and 30 per cent by Bonnier AB.
