B&B TOOLS AB B&B TOOLS has concluded an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Nillson & Luthman AB. Together with its subsidiary Södertälje Järnaffär AB, Nillson & Luthman is one of the largest suppliers of tools, personal protection equipment, steel, hoses, hydraulics and industrial consumables to the industrial and construction sectors in Södertälje and the surrounding area. Nillson & Luthman has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 105 and 35 employees.

"It is a well-established company with a high level of expertise and excellent opportunities for further development of operations."
After elimination of the B&B TOOLS Group's current sales to Nillson & Luthman, the Group's annual net revenue is expected to increase by approximately MSEK 75. Closing is expected to occur at the beginning of September 2008 after approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
