Algae.Tec(ASX:AEB)与Patersons证券合作融资5百万澳元

ASX:AEB) (ETR:GZA) (PINK:ALGXY)今天表示，公司已授权Patersons证券公司(Patersons Securities Limited)向资深投资者和专业投资者以每股0.40澳元的价格配售1250万股股票，融资500万澳元。这一融资工作应该只需3天即可完成，在此过程中，Algae.Tec将会停牌。
配合此次股票配售，公司也将以每2股配售股票获1股期权的比例发售配套期权。期权将为美元期权，行权价每股$0.75，到期日为2014年1月31日。如果达到最低要求，公司将会让这些期权在澳洲证交所流通。
此次融资筹集的500万澳元将能使公司股东基础提高4.7%，为快速推进近日公布的商业项目提供资金。
Algae.Tec执行主席Roger Stroud表示，公司的主要目标是利用海藻生产交通燃料。

- 已与中国的山东科瑞控股集团有限公司签订了一份具有约束力的谅解备忘录，双方将成立一家合资企业，股份各占50%。
- 在乔治亚州亚特兰大市的藻类开发和生产中心的设施面积已扩大了四倍，增加到70,000平方英尺，将能为目前以及未来的商业项目增加生产线能力。
- 与欧洲航空公司德国汉莎航空(ETR:LHA)签订了一份生物燃油方面的谅解备忘录。
- 与世界上最大的水泥和建材厂商Holcim在斯里兰卡的分公司签订了一份生物燃油生产与碳捕捉的协议。
Stroud说："Algae.Tec是唯一一家专门针对全球交通燃料的先进的生物燃料公司，使用达到工业规模的封闭式模块化的海藻养殖技术，所生产的生物燃料可以替代广泛依赖进口的化石燃料。"
Algae.Tec解决方案的占地面积还不到池塘养殖法占地面积的十分之一，而其封闭式模块化的设计可将海藻每公顷的产量最大化，还能解决占用耕地来生产生物燃料的问题。
