Gold Anomaly Limited (ASX:GOA) will undertake a non-renounceable pro rata rights issue of two (2) shares for every three (3) shares held at A$0.0025 (0.25 cents) per share to raise up to $3,745,558 before costs ("Rights Issue"). Funds raised will be used for reducing debt and for working capital in particular to progress the Crater Mountain and Croydon Projects.

A technical report on the examination of diamond core from Gold Anomaly's (ASX:GOA) drill hole NEV033, undertaken by Mr Anthony Coote of Applied Petrologic Services & Research ("APSR") in New Zealand, has been received by Gold Anomaly. The petrologic studies confirm the presence of early porphyry copper-gold mineralisation in the area.

The company has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Singapore Exchange-listed gold investment and development company LionGold Corporation Ltd (SGX:A78) which provides, subject to conclusion of a final binding legal agreement to be negotiated between the parties, for LionGold to acquire up to 60% of GOA's PNG subsidiary company Anomaly Limited ("AL") which owns GOA's PNG assets.

Gold Anomaly Ltd (ASX:GOA) is pleased to announce encouraging results from initial metallurgical testwork on gold sourced from its Crater Mountain project in Papua New Guinea. Preliminary results indicate that most gold within the Mixing Zone at the Nevera Prospect could be recovered by fine grinding and cyanide agitation leaching.

Gold Anomaly Limited (ASX:GOA) is pleased to announce that a large graphite deposit is located within EPM 8795 and EPMA 18616 at the Golden Gate Project at Croydon, North Queensland. The "Golden Gate" deposit contains 20Mt @ 5.5% graphite, including a high-grade zone of 6Mt grading 10% graphite.
