Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

ASX:RUM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bruce Arnold as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary following the retirement of Mr Christopher Moyle with effect from 31 July 2013.
Bruce Arnold is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 year's commercial experience including 20 years experience in mining and industrial possessing businesses. Mr Arnold was recently Group Financial Controller at OceanaGold Corporation. Prior to this he was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Agri Energy Limited a biofuels company and Ticor Limited, a titanium minerals and TiO2 pigment producer. He holds significant experience in public companies including global operations.
