Australian Gas Light Completes AU$1.4 Bil. Acquisition of Southern Hydro Assets
The Australian Gas Light Company (ASX: AGL) has today completed the acquisition of the Southern Hydro renewable energy power generation assets for $1.425 billion from New Zealand company Meridian Energy Limited.
