Adelaide, Mar 15, 2019 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Directors present their report, together with the financial statements, on the consolidated entity (referred to hereafter as the 'Group') consisting of Mithril Resources Limited (ASX:MTH) (referred to hereafter as the 'Company', 'Mithril' or 'parent entity') and the entities it controlled at the end of, or during, the half-year ended 31 December 2018.
Principal activities
During the financial half-year the principal continuing activities of the Group consisted of:
- to carry out exploration of mineral tenements, both on a joint venture basis and by the Group in its own right;
- to continue to seek extensions of areas held and to seek out new areas with mineral potential; and
- to evaluate results achieved through surface sampling, drilling and geophysical surveys carried out during the year.
