ASX:SYA) (DMNXF:OTCMKTS) ("Sayona" or "Company") confirms that the Prospectus and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms relating to its pro rata renounceable entitlement issue (Offer) announced on 4 May 2018, have today been despatched to shareholders eligible to participate in the Offer.
The Prospectus was lodged with ASIC and ASX on 4 May 2017 and is available on the Company's website.
The Offer closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on 24 May 2018.
