YPB Group Ltd (ASX:YPB) Company Update - Voluntary Suspension and Capital Raise

Sydney, Mar 22, 2018 AEST (ABN Newswire) - YPB Group Ltd (ASX:YPB) today announced its appointment as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) of the AliHealth supply chain traceability platform. At the same time the Company is undertaking a capital raising which will close at 5.00pm today, 22 March 2018.

The Company advises of the continuation of the Company's voluntary trading suspension until market pre-open Friday 23 March 2018.
