Licensing Agreement Signed with Telink Semiconductor

ASX:XPE) ("Xped" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Xped Holdings Limited and Telink Semi-conductor Co LTD ("Telink") have entered into a Licensing Agreement, whereby Xped will license its proprietary Auto Discovery Remote Control ("ADRC") technology to Telink to develop and supply chipsets incorporating ADRC.

Telink is dedicated to the development of highly integrated low power radiofrequency and mixed signal system chips for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Telink is on track to supply over 100 million chipset sales this calendar year with 80% of sales related to their range of IoT chipsets.
The combination of Xped's patented ADRC technology will further enhance and further deepen the existing "Telink" and "Xped" collaboration. Manufacturers adding ADRC functionality to their product offering benefit from simple on boarding process straight out of the box, reduction in app development time, freedom to innovate without fixed profiles, whilst offering the capability for a product to be easily controlled and monitored, allowing extended functionality for consumers creating an end to end solution.
Both Xped and Telink will also look at strengthening their association by further exploring business development and strategic new chipset product opportunities together incorporating ADRC technology. The market will be further updated on any developments in due course.
