Xped Executes Global Licensing Agreement with Leapin

ASX:RYG) ("Raya" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Xped Holdings Limited (Xped) and LEAPIN Digital Keys LLC ("LEAPIN") have entered into a License Agreement for Xped to supply its proprietary technology for use together with Leapin Digital Keys smart building technology.

- LEAPIN to SUPPLY its existing SMART BUILDING TECHNOLOGY and incorporate XPED's ADRC TECHNOLOGY
- Xped to receive LICENSING FEE of USD$5 PER UNIT SOLD WORLDWIDE
- Post further hardware development, LARGE SCALE roll out to commence TARGETING THE INTERNATIONAL ACCOMMODATION & HOTEL INDUSTRY
This is the first license agreement Xped has entered into for its Auto Discover Remote Control ("ADRC") technology and looks forward to working with LEAPIN on enhancing its current door lock system ahead of trials with interested parties including a hotel conglomerate in Europe.
LEAPIN has designed an access control and unlocking system called Digital Keys. The system allows time-sensitive digital keys sent via email/SMS to the owner, their family, co-workers, or any other person needing access to the property. The travel app allows smartphone room check-in and web check-in to your accommodation to make the process simple and streamlined and avoid unnecessary check-in queues.
The patented ADRC technology from Xped will enhance the LEAPIN door lock offering by allowing extended functionality within the door lock. Adding ADRC functionality to the product offering has the capability to allow control of devices within a hotel room upon entering or utilising Xped's technology to embed digital coupons into the mobile device used to enter the room.
Both Xped and Leapin will also look at strengthening their association by further exploring business development and strategic revenue opportunities together. The market will be further updated on any developments in due course.
