Key Management and Board Changes
Perth, Oct 19, 2015 AEST (ABN Newswire) - ABM Resources NL ASX:ABU) is pleased to announce a strengthening of its executive management team to reflect the Company's transition to a gold producer, whilst ensuring it maintains a critical focus on further Mineral Resource discoveries and other growth opportunities.
In light of this, Mr Brett Lambert has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of ABM whilst the Company undertakes a formal recruitment process for the position of Managing Director.
Meanwhile, Mr Darren Holden has stepped down as Managing Director of the Company, but will continue to be a key member of the executive management team in the position of General Manager Geology and Business Development.
The management changes became effective at the close of business on 16th of October, 2015. Mike Etheridge, Chairman of ABM, said "In consultation and with the full support and agreement of our colleague, Darren Holden, the board of directors has now materially strengthened the executive management team at ABM. Brett Lambert is a highly experienced and regarded mining executive and we welcome him to fulfil the interim role at ABM.

Brett Lambert is a professional mining engineer and highly experienced company executive and corporate leader with over 30 years involvement in both the Australian and international mining industries. Brett's previous experience encompasses mining operations, project development, exploration and corporate management. Mr Lambert has been engaged by ABM on a contract basis for a term of four months.
