Advises Non-Executive Director Imants Kins Resignation
Perth, Feb 18, 2014 AEST (ABN Newswire) - ABM Resources NL (ASX:ABU) advises that Mr Imants Kins, non-executive director of the Company has tendered his resignation effective from the close of business today to pursue other business interests.
Dr Mike Etheridge, chairman, said "Imants has made a very positive contribution to ABM, particularly through the restructure of the Company in 2009 and the transition from explorer to the cusp of mining, where we are today. His strong background in economics has provided the board with key strategic strength as it has grown. The board of directors will commence a search for a replacement for Mr Kins.
