Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

ASX:APK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Joanne Shatrov as Company Secretary effective 20 November 2012. Ms Shatrov will act as joint company secretary with Mr David Franks.
Ms Shatrov (B Bus/LLB, GAICD) has held the position of General Counsel since June 2007 and is responsible for the Company's legal, regulatory and risk management functions. Joanne has extensive experience in the energy industry including roles with Ergon Energy, Duke Energy and Ebsworth & Ebsworth Lawyers. In 2012, Joanne was shortlisted as a Commonwealth Bank Young Executive Finalist.
