Erayinia Divestment earns $300K
Perth, Nov 9, 2012 AEST (ABN Newswire) - ABM Resources NL (ASX:ABU) announces that the Company has executed an agreement for the sale of ABM's 70% interest in the Erayinia Project in Western Australia. Black Raven Pty Ltd has agreed to purchase the interest in the project for $300,000. ABM's focus is exploration and development of the Company's gold projects in the Northern Territory and the Erayinia Project is considered a non-core asset.
