Extension of End Date - Merger
Perth, Aug 31, 2012 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Padbury Mining Limited (
ASX:PDY) and Aurium Resources Limited (ASX:AGU) entered into a Scheme Implementation Agreement (SIA) on 13 February 2012.
The End Date under the SIA is currently 30 September 2012. Aurium and Padbury have agreed to extend the End Date from 30 September 2012 to 31 October 2012 to allow for more time for the Merger to be completed.
Accordingly, Padbury and Aurium have agreed to vary the SIA by deleting "30 September" in the definition of End Date in the SIA and replacing it with "31 October 2012".
