Mr Woodhouse is a current employee of the Company and holds the position of Financial Controller. Mr Woodhouse is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has 5+ years of accounting and governance experience within the mining and energy industries.
Mr Woodhouse joins Mr David Hocking in the role of Joint Company Secretary. The appointment is effective immediately.
