Kimberley Metals Limited (ASX:KBL) Appoints Richard Sheridan as Chief Financial Officer and Additional Company Secretary
Sydney, Aug 25, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Kimberley Metals Limited (ASX:KBL) advises that Richard Sheridan, 37 has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed as an additional Company Secretary.
Mr Sheridan qualified as a CPA in 2003 and advanced to FCPA in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Commerce at University of Western Sydney and a Master's Degree in Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Most recently, Mr Sheridan was CFO in a in a rapidly expanding national construction services business with exposure to the resources sector. His appointment will greatly assist the Company in transitioning to a mineral production company and in pursuing growth opportunities.
