Anglo Australian Resources Nl (ASX:AAR) Appoints Mr Christopher H Fyson As Chairman

ASX:AAR) (PINK:AAURF) hereby advise that Mr Christopher H Fyson, a founding director and shareholder of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of Directors. This appointment follows Mr John LC Jones advising shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held in November 2010 that he had decided to stand down as Chairman, a position he had held since January 1988, due to other work pressures.
The Directors have expressed their appreciation for this long term in office during which the Company has prospered with profitable gold production from the Mandilla Gold Deposit in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australian and the significant advance of the Koongie Base Metal Project in the East Kimberley of Western Australia.
Mr Fyson, a prominent Kalgoorlie-based businessman, will continue to focus on:
i) the early development of the Company's Gold Project at Feysville in the Eastern Goldfields District of Western Australia; and
ii) the pursuit of improved commercial definitions now attributable to the Copper Zinc Deposits at Koongie in the Kimberley District of Western Australia
