Coalspur Mines Limited (ASX:CPL) Filed Listing Documents With Toronto Stock Exchange

ASX:CPL) (PINK:CSPZF) ("Coalspur" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has now filed draft application documentation with the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), including a draft Listing Application, draft Technical Report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - "Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects" ("NI 43-101") and draft Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the year ended 30 June 2010.
As previously announced, the Company has engaged Haywood Securities Inc. ("Haywood") to act as the Company's sponsor for the intended TSX listing. The Company's listing on the TSX is subject to the Company fulfilling the listing requirements of the TSX.
The proposed dual ASX/TSX listing will increase the Company's profile, exposure and accessibility to investors based in North America and will provide increased liquidity to the Company's current and future shareholders.
