Pacific Enviromin Limited (ASX:PEV) Invites Expressions Of Interest For Coal Tenure In Queensland
Brisbane, April 8, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Pacific Enviromin Limited (
ASX:PEV) invites expressions of interest for commercial participation in its coal tenements in Queensland.
PEV holds over 30 pending and granted Exploration Permits for Coal located in Queensland's Bowen, Galilee, Surat and Clarence-Moreton basins. All participation proposals will be considered, including joint venture exploration and development of all or individual tenements.
A schedule of the tenements with a brief technical assessment and locality maps can be accessed electronically. To assist with this process we have set up an Online Dataroom. Once you have executed the agreement you will be provided with details on how to obtain your username and password to access the Online Dataroom and the documents contained therein.
Expressions of interest must be received by 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 21st April 2010. The Company anticipates that evaluation and negotiation for successful parties will be concluded within three weeks of receipt of expressions of interest.
