Perth, June 2, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Board of ABM Resources NL (ASX:ABU) is pleased to announce the completion of the due diligence review by Ochre Holdings Pty Ltd and the receipt by the Company of the notice to proceed with the proposed transaction.
ABM will proceed forthwith to assemble the required meeting materials for shareholders to review for the General Meeting, a date for which will be announced shortly.
