Synergy In Germany, Imtech's ICT division (Fritz und Macziol and Infoma®) numbers over 2,500 ICT clients, and is one of the biggest players on the German ICT market, with strong partnership relationships with world market leaders IBM and Microsoft. Over 400 of these clients use ERP applications based on SAP technology in combination with IBM software and hardware. It is this specific combination that offers so much growth potential. The acquisition of Neo will make it possible to widely roll out attractive, IBM hardware and software-based SAP applications in Germany. To achieve this, Neo will be operating as a fully integrated business unit of Fritz und Macziol. Neo's clients, in turn, will be gaining access to the full additional service package of Fritz und Macziol and Infoma®.
