KPN and Ordina have concluded a contract whereby the management, maintenance and renewal of KPN websites is outsourced to Ordina. The duration of the contract is five years. In delivering this contract, Ordina as Contract Principal will be working with Satyam, a preferred offshore partner of KPN, based in Hyderabad, India.
Ordina will be assuming partial responsibility for 'KPN Channels', a part of KPN's IT organisation. KPN Channels is responsible for the development and management of KPN websites for consumers and business clients. The management and maintenance of the applications behind these websites will be outsourced to Ordina. Ordina will also be responsible for the optimisation of these sites in order to continue meeting the changing needs and expectations of KPN-customers and visitors.
