Odfjell Konsern (OSL:ODF) Katrine Trovik resigns from her position as Director of the Board in Odfjell SE as from November 1st 2008 due to her new position as Senior Vice President in DnB NOR ASA for corporate customers in Bergen and Hordaland.
As already announced, the Board will call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2 December 2008 to propose replacements of two board members, Katrine Trovik and Peter Livanos (who resigns for family reasons).
