DNO International ASA (OSL:DNO) On 6 October, 2008, DNO extended an American call option contract on 20.000.000 DNO shares with a strike price of NOK 2,00 per share. The new expiry date is 10 November, 2008 and the option premium paid is NOK 0,5377.
DNO simultaneously exercised a call option to purchase 20.000.000 DNO shares at a strike price of NOK 2,50 per share.

Following these transactions, DNO has increased its holdings of treasury shares by 20.000.000 to 43.873.960 treasury shares. The Company holds options for purchase of 60.000.000 DNO shares.
