Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - Mr. Ton Hillen and Mr. Bert van der Els will be appointed Concern Directors (non statutory) of Heijmans as of October 1st. Bert van der Els is currently President of the division Heijmans Technical Services (Burgers Ergon). Ton Hillen is currently President of the division Heijmans Property Development.
The Management Board will exist of the Executive Board members and the above mentioned Concern Directors and is in charge of the daily operations of the company.
