Packagegroup Moonen B.V. serves over 12,000 customers. Currently, 30% of the invoices are already sent electronically using EDI with the TIE Messaging Portal. By choosing the TIE Kinetix e-Invoicing solution, Moonen is able to grow to 100% paperless invoicing by adding other validated and auditable e-Invoice formats thus saving money while improving customer service and receiving payments sooner.
"Today Moonen is facing printing, enveloping and postal costs because 45,000 paper based customer invoices are produced. Moonen will also deploy the TIE Kinetix e-Invoicing solution to handle the purchase invoices they receive from 300 suppliers. Moonen collects about 14,000 paper based invoices per year. This results in the usual time consuming data entry effort on the accounts payable department parallel to a paper based approval flow. By choosing the TIE Kinetix e-Invoicing solution, Moonen can also digitalize the complete process of booking and approving the purchase invoices using scanning and web based workflow techniques.
With the TIE Kinetix e-Invoice software, Moonen is able to save time and streamline the order-to-pay cycle.
