NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 12 August 2008): The Facility Management company NEAS has signed an agreement with NCC to execute all management and service functions in the 16 500 square meter newly completed office building Lysaker Torg 45. The agreement is valid for three years with a base value of more than NOK 11 million.
Lysaker Torg 45 is owned by Aberdeen Property Investors, but NCC will have the management responsibility the first three years. In this connection NCC has chosen NEAS as a supplier of those services. "This is the first time NEAS has entered into such an extensive agreement with NCC and we hope to expand our cooperation further in the future. There is also a potential for further value creation through the agreement by offering NEAS' products to the tenants", says CEO Tor Rønhovde in NEAS. The services NEAS will offer according to the agreement include reception services, meeting room services, site manager, janitor services, cleaning, canteen and security services.
