Readsoft AB AGC Europe has chosen ReadSoft's electronic invoice processing solution. The European Group will initially automate the handling of 120,000 invoices annually. ReadSoft's solution will be linked to AGC's SAP enterprise system.
AGC Europe is part of world-wide leader Asahi Glass Company (AGC) of Japan. The AGC Group is one of the major industrial groups in Japan, with a strong presence across Asia, Europe and North America. Within AGC Europe an internally developed system has been used to process supplier invoices at some of the plants. But when the European branch decided to expand and optimize the Purchase to Pay process in all subsidiaries, the internal solution was not good enough. So they went looking to find the best possible solution. AGC Europe formed a project team that studied the invoice automation market and after a thorough investigation their decision was to go with ReadSoft.

ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices will initially process Russian, French, English and Czech invoices. AGC Europe has chosen to install the "Packaged Solution for SAP" from ReadSoft. The solution is based on best practices from all ReadSoft customers in the SAP environment and will allow the solution to be in production within shortly. The solution already integrates with pre-setup processes and common scenarios.
