Imprima Financial Communications provider, Imprima, is striding out with a significant investment to move its London HQ from Waterloo to the heart of the City of London. Introducing a raft of improved facilities, including the iZone, Imprima plans to use the move to cement its existing relationships and secure business with potential clients.
Located in the city's square mile, Stephen Pusey, managing director, describes the new office space as "a blank canvas". Mr Pusey says: "Financial communications is evolving, becoming increasingly technology-driven and Imprima is leading the way in providing the kind of service that clients in this market really need. We think that now is the right time to move to the city. It gives us the opportunity to apply our knowledge from a flagship office, as well as demonstrating our confidence in the future of Imprima and our dedication to providing unparalleled service to our clients."
Imprima's new HQ in EC2 will provide the latest advances in conferencing facilities. Mr Pusey comments: "It's important that clients feel they can simply drop in and find everything here that they need. Our conferencing facilities provide the opportunity to work and brainstorm in a fresh environment and that can be the vital element in getting the deal done.
"Whilst they are here they also have access to Imprima professionals who can consult on how our technology can help them manage and complete their transactions."
Imprima will also be unveiling the iZone, its own revolution in client hospitality, one that provides a welcome counter-balance to the demands of the deal.
Every inch has been designed with clients in mind to produce a model of best practice. Imprima has planned the space to provide the ultimate production and service flow, precisely placing each department to optimise operations. Imprima has involved its staff using steering groups to shape the new flagship office, providing input on layout and colour schemes, as well as the logistics of ensuring the move is engineered without interruption to production.
Mr Pusey concludes: "Imprima is continuing to grow its global footprint and the London HQ will become a model that we can roll out as we continue to shape our business. Our core strategy remains to provide innovative solutions with the highest level of service to assist the financial community, blending people and technology with best effect."
