The Facility Management company NEAS has signed a property management agreement with the municipality Larvik Kommune and will as a part of the agreement establish an branch office in the city. The agreement has a total value of approximately NOK nine million and the duration is two years, and with an option of additional two years.
The agreement involves management of 430 units and related services, from minor renovations to large development plans. With the agreement NEAS strengthens the company's workmen presence in the Larvik region and the company becomes able to offer 24/7 assistance in Vestfold.
