According to its announcement, Danske Bank A/S Helsinki Branch currently holds 11,958,000 Alma Media shares, representing 16% of voting rights and share capital.
Additionally, Danske Bank A/S Helsinki Branch announces that it has made forward contracts that, in accordance with their current terms and conditions, will mature in March 2009.
