NORECO Stavanger, 16 June, 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco, OSE:NOR), A subsequent offering in Noreco with gross proceeds of NOK 58.75 million has been completed.
With reference to the stock exchange notification dated 28 May 2008, Noreco is pleased to announce that the Subsequent Offering is now completed. In total approx. 10.1 million new shares were subscribed. The subscription price was NOK 23.50 per share. Gross proceeds from the share issue amounted to NOK 58.75 million. The new shares will be tradable on or about 26 June, 2008.
